CANCELLATION POLICY —

Cancellation polices:

GROUPON OR DISCOUNTED CUSTOMERS: Professional fees for the entire services to be rendered are due at the time of booking of the first lesson (if multiple lessons were acquired). Any lesson which is scheduled and is then missed; or rescheduled with less than seven (7) days advance notice, will be charged as one lesson. There is no refund for missed lessons or lessons rescheduled with less than seven (7) days advance notice.

PRIVATE GOLF INSTRUCTION, GOLF SCHOOL, PLAYING LESS(S), GOLF OUTING, EXHIBIT PLAY OR GOLF MANAGEMENT EVENT: One half of the total professional fee is due at the time of booking. The balance of the fee, plus all expenses, is due on the date on which services are rendered. Should rescheduling of such services be required after the initial bookkeeping, the one-half professional fee paid to book the event shall be retained and later applied to the fees for the rescheduled booking.

Should a cancellation occur not less than eight (8) days before the scheduled event, then the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking (1/2 of the total professional fee) shall be forfeited.

Should a cancellation occur seven (7) or fewer days before the scheduled event, then the entire amount of the professional fee is due in full and the remaining ½ balance of the professional fee is payable within thirty (30) days of the cancellation.

In no event is the one-half fee paid as a deposit at the time booking, refundable.

If any rescheduling or cancellation should occur after expenses have been advanced by Golf with Gil, such as lodging, travel costs, or any other fees paid to third parties in association with the services to be rendered, the customer will be responsible to reimbursement 100% of the costs paid or advanced to third parties.
